Price and Payment Terms
All products and prices are subject to availability. All prices are are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and subject to change without notice. Every product is priced without delivery charge. 40% Advance is due for Made To Orders ( MTOs ). Full payment is due prior to shipping. No refund is entertained once we process a MTO order – however, we do offer Replacement ( case by case basis ) when there is a Manufacturing defect.
A replacement product with higher shelf price will be treated as final and adjustments need to be paid for the replacement SKU.
40% Advance is due for Stock In Hand ( SIH). 60% payment is due during delivery. 20% Advance is due for Home Décor items over Tk5000.
Full payment is due during delivery.
Please note that we do not accept Cheques. Only Bkash, Cashand Bank Cards are entertained. Furnichaar.com has a policy of continuous product development and reserves th right to amend the specifications of products.
Products supplied may differ from those on display or advertised. Unless previously agreed upon, the products supplied will be of equivalent value, functionality and appearance
Generally we take 15 working days but it can be extended depending on designs and materials
Limited Warranty / Liability
Furnichaar.com warrants its products against defects inmanufacturing and workmanship from date of your purchase, provided the productwas used under normal conditions and was used for the purposes for which it wasdesigned.
Defect Warranties must be claimed within seven ( 07 )days of product delivery. Warranty does not include wear and tear.
In case of a damage or defect due to manufacturing, wewill will carry out repair for no additional charge . It is required that Furnichaar.com receives digital images of manufacturing damages before repair/replacement shipments will be processed.
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of your order placement but within 48 hours you can cancel the order with 10% charge of totalorder value. After 48 hours have passed since order placement, The customer has to forfeit advance money received by Furnichaar.com.
Customer will receive their refund within 7-10 working days of cancellation.

All Shipping Damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make every effort to repair the damagedpiece with an equal piece in a timely manner. It is required, however, that Furnichaar.com receives digital images/videos of the damage before replacement shipments/materialswill be processed.
Any return will not be entertained due to changes of mind of client after item/shas been delivered. If you receive a product with obvious damage seen fromthe outside of the box (e.g., a dent or hole in the box) you have the option tonot accept the box from our logistics team.
Whenever signing for a delivery, you are stating youreceived it in good condition. You have the right to make thedeliveryman wait while you open up the box to make sure all pieces are intact. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact Furnichaar.com Limited on +880 1906-197920 immediately. The correct item will be shipped in atimely manner and arrangements will be made by us for the return of theincorrect piece.
Please note, items ordered in the same transaction maynot arrive in the same box or on the same day. This may be due to larger andsmaller orders being delivered by different partners. In some instances, Seller/Logistics Partners are unable to fit all packages on one truck, leavingremaining items on the next shipment.

Furnichaar.com and/or its partners incorporate naturalmaterials into its products. The natural beauty of the wood results in randomvariation in color and pattern.
This variation, which is kept within acceptable limits, is an integral part of the appearance of the furniture and is to beexpected.
In addition, the finishes are subject to color change depending onage and exposure to light. Remember Images are given for reference it may vary from original colour of product in some cases Events Beyond Our control.
Furnichaar.com Limited shall have no liability to youfor any delay or failure to deliver goods you have ordered for rescheduled requests made by you.
While we try to accommodate our users requests, please appreciate the fact thatin some cases, we fail to make everyone happy.

Furnichaar.com may charge a storage feeof 110 taka, provided storage exceeds 5 days, for Items exceeding 20 kgs ofweight per day.
Quality Control check policy
We conduct PDI ( Pre Delivery Inspection) 1,QC ( QualityCheck) and PDI 2 for transperancy .
Customer have the opportunity to inspect the product in factory.
